The annual College of Optometry sponsored reception was well attended and serves as an excellent venue for class reunions as was the case with the Class of 2011, Class of 2012 (they had the greatest representation), and the Class of 2013. The Heart also represented the opportunity for a father (Dr. Scott Haugen, ’84) to be with his daughter (Kelsey Haugen, ’17) and for Dr. Scott Tomasino [his practice: Iverson Tomasino Goerss has two UMSL graduates: his partner Dr. Robert Goerss (’01) and new associate Jacqueline Ladd (’13)] and his duo Kaylor & Tomasino to again perform popular favorites both nights. The College of Optometry is well represented on the Heart of America Board of Directors with Drs. Tom Greene(’85), Wes DeRosier (’96), Craig Brawley (’01) and newly elected member Sean Mulqueeny (’91).
